Zihuoli spring was founded in 2007, specialized in manufacturing high-quality custom wire springs.

 Our spring manufacturing capabilities include custom design, prototyping, and manufacturing of compression, extension, torsion springs and wire forms with wire diameter ranging from .004" to .709" (0.1mm to 18mm).

Our company has 8,000m² of production workshops and more than 60 employees with nearly 100 sets of auto  production machines. Each department has a number of professional chefs. With the most advanced equipment in the industry, improving our efficiency, quality and stability to produce high quality and inexpensive products.

Quality Control

Every job is approached with a quality-first mindset. All processes follow a strict quality management system. After 15 years’development, the company has a mature quality management system of Design, Production, Testing and Packing and has passed the quality system certification of ISO 9001:2015.

The company was authorized as GUANGDONG FAMOUS BRAND PRODUCT and honored qualified supplier by many big customers such as Midea, Volvo, Hettich etc. In terms of quality control, we stress the concept of "quality is the life of our enterprise". Following the requests of RoHS, we send products to the third party notarization institute for internationally recognized inspection, with complete inspection report. Our factory also has our own test lab, including salt spray machines, extension and compression tester, Torsion Tester, Pulls& press tester, Sample Polishing, Sample mosaic, Surface roughness tester, Microscope, Hardness tester and Projector. We can test all kinds of metal surface treatment of anti-rust effect and standard of products, in order to ensure the quality of our products.

Sun. Jian  

Sun. Jian, CEO of Zihuoli Spring, started his career in spring manufacturing in 1995. He has excellent spring knowledge and design experience. After 12 years of spring R & D, manufacturing and production management, he founded Zihuoli Spring in 2017.
